About Us
Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) established in 1983, HIPA has transcended its constraints of having limited access to technology and human resources. Over the course of time, HIPA carved a niche for itself and pledged allegiance to serving the state of Haryana and improving the lives of its citizens.
Slowly, but steadily, HIPA stepped forward, with a resolve to serve the State of Haryana as the hub of training and research in governance and bring a positive difference to the lives of its citizens. HIPA worked ceaselessly to become one of the finest training institutes in the country.
