The ‘Centre for Gender and Juveniles’ at HIPA focuses on empowering women, girls, and minors to access growth opportunities through training and public outreach programmes for them so that they can live healthy and dignified lives. The Centre envisages that the necessary administrative reforms coupled with sensitization of implementers, leading to social restructuring will usher in a fair and just society.
