Divisional Training Centre, HIPA Rohtak, a unit of Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurugram is an Apex Training Institute of the State. It was established in December, 2008 with the objectives of providing Training to Haryana Government Employees of Rohtak Division on Service and Financial Matters and to improve efficiency and effectiveness in administration so that the employees are able to solve the grievances of the public efficiently. Divisional Training Centre, HIPA Rohtak is located on the first Floor of the Rohtak Central Cooperative Bank opposite Bajarang Bhawan, Delhi Road Rohtak. The Training Institute is situated in a rented accommodation at a distance of 3 Kms from the Bus Stand. The institute is equipped with infrastructural facilities consisting of One Class Room, One Computer Lab, Dining Hall and office for the Principal and the Staff. A Plot measuring 1.05 Acres has been allotted in Sector 3 Rohtak for the construction of Divisional Training Centre, HIPA, Rohtak. PWD B&R Rohtak has been requested for the construction of building of Divisional Training Centre, HIPA, Rohtak.
The core objective of Divisional Training Centre HIPA Rohtak is to improve the administrative ability and competence of the officials of Rohtak Division with a view to enhance overall administrative efficacy of the State and its responsiveness to the needs of the public.
