A Divisional Training Centre has been setup at Panchkula. This DTC is headed by a Principal, who is implementing the training activities under the overall supervision of Director General, HIPA.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the school is to:

• Provide in service Training facilities to the ministerial staff so that they are able to process and assist the administration in the finalization of cases expeditiously in accordance with a provision of rules and instructions issued by the State Govt.
• Motivate the officials and inculcate the quality of efficiency amongst the State Govt. employees.
• Provide Knowledge and understanding of the Pension and retirement benefit, Pay fixation, financial Rules, Maintenance of GIS accounts, reimbursement of Medi-claims, Ex-gratia scheme, Leave Rules and other service matters.
